英語で自己紹介しよう – Simple Presentを使った基本フレーズ

英語で自己紹介するときは、難しい文を使う必要はありません。
シンプルな文をいくつか組み合わせるだけで、自然な自己紹介ができます。

When you introduce yourself in English, you do not need to use difficult sentences.
You can make a natural self-introduction by putting together a few simple sentences.

1. 名前や出身を言う

まずは、名前や出身地を言ってみましょう。

First, you can say your name and where you are from.

I’m Tsutomu.
私はツトムです。

I’m from Iwate.
私は岩手県出身です。

I’m は I am の短い形です。

I’m is the short form of I am.

2. 今の生活について話す

次に、今住んでいる場所や仕事について話してみましょう。

Next, you can talk about where you live and what you do.

I live in Kakuda now.
私は今、角田に住んでいます。

I own a ramen shop.
私はラーメン店を経営しています。

このように、普段の生活や事実について話すときは、シンプルプレゼントを使います。

We use the simple present to talk about facts and things that are true in our everyday life.

3. 好きなことを話す

自己紹介では、自分の好きなことや趣味を話すと、会話が広がりやすくなります。

Talking about things you like and your hobbies can help continue the conversation.

I like all kinds of music.
私はいろいろな種類の音楽が好きです。

I enjoy camping and gardening.
私はキャンプとガーデニングを楽しんでいます。

like のあとには、名詞を置くことができます。

You can put a noun after like.

I like music.
私は音楽が好きです。

enjoy のあとに動作を入れるときは、-ing の形を使います。

When we put an activity after enjoy, we use the -ing form.

I enjoy cooking.
私は料理をするのが好きです。

I enjoy traveling.
私は旅行をするのが好きです。
